The Western United States Agricultural Trade Association, also known as WUSATA®, is a non-profit trade organization funded by the USDA’s Market Access Program (MAP) and is comprised of the 13 Western U.S. Departments of Agriculture, our Member States. With over 30 years of experience, WUSATA helps companies increase their opportunities to reach 95.5% of the world’s consumers in the global marketplace. We specialize in assisting food and agricultural companies based in the Western U.S. explore, enter and expand into international markets through cost effective marketing and promotional services:
- Branded Program: A matching funds program that provides 50% cost reimbursement on eligible international marketing expenses to qualifying food and agricultural businesses.
- Generic Program: Offers industry-wide trade activities such as participation in Inbound Missions, Outbound Missions and International Trade Shows to food and agricultural companies at a low-cost and discounted rate.
